Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing our Kruger National Park safari experiences. Please review our booking policy below before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All safari bookings are subject to availability. Once your request is received, we will confirm availability and send you a quotation with full trip details. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by our team.

2. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the safari departure date.
• Payment details will be provided after your booking request.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close to the departure date the cancellation is made.

• More than 14 days before departure: Deposit may be refundable or partially refundable.
• 7–14 days before departure: Partial refund may apply.
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund may be issued.

We recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

4. Changes & Amendments

Changes to bookings (dates, number of guests, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

5. Pickup & Transfers

Pickup is available from Johannesburg, Pretoria or OR Tambo International Airport. Final pickup details will be confirmed prior to departure.

6. Responsibility

While we take every care to ensure a safe and enjoyable safari experience, we are not responsible for delays, injuries, loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Travel Requirements

Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, visas and any required vaccinations for travel to South Africa.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies and unexpected changes to travel plans.
